Kuwait Airways announced a major network expansion with Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt and the European Union to be added as a part of new schedule. The airline is planning to add new destinations along with resuming some old pre-pandemic routes, either seasonally or year-round. The airline plans to commence services to Budapest and Athens from June 2023 and Barcelona, Al-Ula, Qassim, Taif, Abha from October 2023.
