India’s Jet Airways chief executive Vinay Dube has resigned with immediate effect. Dube’s departure comes on the same day chief financial officer and deputy-CEO Amit Agarwal quit. In a statement to the stock exchange, the airline said that both executives resigned because of personal reasons. The grounded carrier seized all flights on mid-April after it said it was unable to pay for fuel or other critical services to keep the operations going. The announcement sent Jet Airways shares fall 10% in early morning trade.
