India’s Vistara takes six ex-Jet 737s

India-based Vistara will add six Boeing 737 aircraft to its fleet that previously belonged to distressed airline Jet Airways – which ceased operations after the consortium of Indian lenders, led by the State Bank of India (SBI), refused to provide critical interim funding, Jet Airways said that it was unable to pay for fuel or other critical services to keep the operations going.
