Helvetic Airways to allow more flexible work schedules for cabin crew

Swiss-based regional carrier Helvetic Airways said it is introducing a “totally individualised part-time working model” for cabin crew. The “fly your way” set-up will allow workers to “largely decide for themselves how to structure their duty assignments” and will give the option of rooms to rent near Zurich Airport.
