Hainan Airlines is all set to resume nonstop flights to Brussels Airport from Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport starting next month marking its second nonstop flight option to China from Brussels. Hainan already flies a daily nonstop service from Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) to Brussels using its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. The second service from Shenzhen will begin from June 21, 2023, and fly twice a week to the Belgian capital. The airline first introduced this route in March 2018, making it the third direct connection between Belgium and China (Hainan also flew to Brussels from Shanghai) but had to temporarily stop the services due to pandemic.
