Hainan Airlines to resume Brussels to Shanghai route

Hainan Airlines is to resume direct flights from Brussels to Shanghai (Pudong), its third route to China to Belgium, starting on June 18 2024. Services will operate four times a week. China’s introduction of visa-free policies for various countries is expected to increase popularity of these routes, with China’s ministry of affairs foreign spokesperson Mao Ning announcing China’s decision to unilaterally implement visa-free entry for ordinary passport holders from France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands in Span and Malaysia in November 2023.
