Greater Bay Airlines are about to place an order of 15 Boeing 737 Max aircraft, as per Bloomberg. Boeing claims that the Boeing 737-9 come with an exceptional efficiency, 20% lower fuel burn and an equivalent reduction in carbon emissions helping the airline to reduce cost and enable them to operate with high profit margins. The airplanes are worth an estimated $52.3 million each, bringing the total cost of the order to roughly $785 million at published prices.
