Garuda Indonesia and ICBC in sale-leaseback for five 777-300ERs

Garuda Indonesia and ICBC Financial Leasing sign sale and leaseback agreement for five 777-300ERs while an operating lease agreement is signed for six A320-200s with Citilink. Garuda Indonesia will receive the five 777-300ERs from May 2014 through September 2015, while the six A320-200s will join the Citilink fleet in June through December 2014. The 777-300ERs will serve the following routes: Denpasar – Japan, Denpasar – Korea, Denpasar – China, and Denpasar – Sydney. In addition, in 2014 the aircraft will operate on the Jakarta – London service and fly Jakarta – Amsterdam in 2015, a route that KLM has enjoyed
