Finnair and Fiji Airways launch codeshare agreement

Finnair and Fiji Airways have agreed a new codeshare partnership on flights between Finland’s Helsinki (HEL) and Fiji’s Nadi (NAN), commencing on 27 October. Finnair’s AY code will be added to Fiji Airways’ flights between Hong Kong (HKG), Singapore (SIN), Narita (NRT) and Nadi. Finnair’s flight numbers will later be added to Fiji’s flights between San Francisco (SFO), Los Angeles (LAX) and Nadi, subject to applicable government approvals. Fiji Airways’ FJ code will also be added to Finnair’s flights to Helsinki via Singapore.  Ole Orvér, chief commercial officer at Finnair, commented: “We are excited about this cooperation with Fiji Airways and are delighted to offer this wonderful new destination
