The DesignAir has named Turkish Airlines as its European design airline of the year for 2022, saying the carrier’s “consistent brand image, colour palette and design language throughout the digital and physical experiences” were key to its win. Responding to the announcement of the prize, Turkish Airlines chief marketing officer Ahmet Olmuştur said the company aims to “meticulously inject” its brand identity “at every touch point”. “With our traditional hospitality, we strive to make our passengers’ experience privileged by providing service beyond their expectations”, he said.
