Etihad Airways has launched two new daily flight services from Abu Dhabi to Kozhikode and Thiruvananthapuram in India. The flights commenced on January 1, 2024. The two new routes will bring Etihad’s Indian gateways to 10. “We have established a fantastic group of non-stop routes between India and Abu Dhabi,” Etihad CEO Antonoaldo Neves said, “providing customers with easier access to our growing network without transiting through one of the main Indian hub airports.” Etihad had previously announced new flights to Boston beginning March 31, and to Nairobi on May 1.
