Edelweiss’ winter schedule blooms with new destinations

Swiss carrier Edelweiss is to add Bogota and Cartegena to its winter 2023  route network, which will take in 20 long-haul destinations in 15 countries. The airline will expand late-year services to South Africa and  the US, with the latter getting extra flights to Las Vegas from Zurich for the Formula One road race in mid-November. The airline will lay on an extra flight each week to Cape Town from August 2023, it said, ahead of adding a weekly flight to the Thai resort island of Phuket.
