The European Commission had terminated proceedings against Malaysia Airlines and its cargo unit for alleged “anti-competitive behaviour”. Other airlines were not so lucky and were slapped with multi-million euro fines on Tuesday this week. The Commission stated that neither MAS nor MASkargo was found to have infringed European competition laws.
