Copa Airlines said it carried 9.5% more passengers in March 2023 compared to the same month in 2019. The 2.25 million passengers were reported as “consolidated capacity”, measured in available seat mile, was up 4.6%, with the load factor for the month at 87.2%, 3.9 percentage points higher than in March 2019. “Given the irregular nature of the company’s operations starting in March 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are comparing this traffic report to 2019 statistics,” the airline said,
