Citywing Aviation Services, based in the Isle of Man, could enter into a service level agreement with the States of Alderney to provide links between Alderney and Guernsey, Southampton, Cherbourg and Jersey. If set-up, the service would run at a loss each year of around £624,000 and people currently working as ground-handling staff for Aurigny would be offered jobs.
