Air Seychelles has announced plans to make Chennai its hub connecting the Asian region. Air Seychelles executive chairman David Savy said: “This is as part of increasing our frequency… Right now we are offering services in US, France, South Africa, Italy, Mauritius and in Singapore.. Chennai is our new destination,” he said. The airline will fly a 767-200 from the Seychelles via Chennai to Singapore every Wednesday, and the return journey flight from Singapore stops at Chennai before leaving for Seychelles on Monday.
