British Airways has officially opened ‘CallBA’, its new call centre located in Gurugram, near Delhi, India with a capacity of 1400 trained staff to offer round-the-clock support to global British Airways passengers. The new call centre is an updated version of the previous one with a cloud-based telephone system with call-flow management and access to insightful data to further personalise the customer experience.
