Flavio Briatore, the Italian chairman of Queen’s Park Rangers and former Benetton FI team head, has announced plans to launch a new domestic airline. Using one 737 with 52 seats, Billion Air will launch on July 24 flying from Milan and Rome to Olbia, Sardinia.
