American Airlines has one again extended the grounding period for its Boeing 737 Max aircraft, now continuing until 2 Nov. With this news, American follows in the footsteps of United Airlines which extended its grounding period for Boeing’s 737 Max jets until 3 November and Southwest who decided not to run 737 Max flights until 1 October.
