The Philippines’ Airphil Express and Malaysia’s Berjaya Air has reported they will start flying to Changi Airport in Singapore soon. Airphil will operate 14 weekly flights between Singapore and Manila from the end of October, with a further 14 flights between Changi and Cebu from December. Berjaya Air will begin fly into Changi’s budget terminal from November 1 with 10 flights a week to Tioman. The plan is to increase the frequency of the flights to 28 a week from March.
