Airdo and Solaseed Air to launch joint holding firm in October 2022

Airdo and Solaseed Air will launch a joint holding company as early as October 2022. “Self-help efforts have limits,” Airdo President Susumu Kusano told a news conference. “To overcome the tough business environment and be prepared for a post-coronavirus world, we need to undertake drastic reforms,” Solaseed Air President Kosuke Takahashi said at a news conference in Miyazaki. Both of the airline names will be retained, with the two companies coming under the wing of the joint holding company. The name of the holding firm and other details will be decided later.
