Air India is planning to start a new service with direct flight connecting New Delhi and Dhaka starting from September 15, 2023. The airline already operates between Kolkata and Dhaka. The airline will operate four weekly flights deploying its A320 on the route. The bookings for the route have started since last week. “The additional frequencies will help to serve the increased international travel to and from Dhaka on the back of Bangladesh’s rapid economic growth and overall development,” the airline said in a statement.
