French flag carrier Air France is to start flying from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Tanzania’s main city Dar Es Salam on June 12 next year. The thrice-weekly route is to broaden France’s service to Zanzibar, a popular Tanzanian archipelago in the Indian Ocean, and will come as part of increased flights to Nairobi in Kenya and to Madagascar’s capital Antananarivo. The Air France flights are to be coordinated with KLM’s service to Dar Es Salam from Amsterdam.
