Air France-KLM CEO Ben Smith confirmed in an interview yesterday that the airline has begun has negotiations with both Airbus and Boeing for 160 order for narrowbody aircraft  that would boost its low-cost operation. The new aircraft would be join the Transavia fleets, which is currently comprised of mostly 737-800s.
