Aeroflot is all set to launch flights between Moscow and Khibiny Airport towards the end of this year. The first flight is scheduled to take off on December 30, 2022. The airline plans on operating thrice weekly flights using Airbus A320. Khibiny Airport is approximately 32 kilometers from Kirovsk and a popular skiing destination in the Arctic. In 2021, Aeroflot carried 45.8 million passengers as Aeroflot Group including subsidiaries, Rossiya Airlines and Pobeda Airlines
