As mentioned would be the case in 2011, American Airlines parent AMR Corporation will be delisted by the New York Stock Exchange tomorrow (5th Jan 2012). AMR has to delist because the average closing price of common stock fell below the NYSE’s continued listing minimum share price standard of $1 over a consecutive 30 day trading period.
