Norwegian Air Shuttle is considering a Dublin-Bangkok service next year. If approved, the route will be the first to connect an Irish city with Bangkok. A spokesman for Norwegian confirmed the plans, and stated that there is demand for the service, which the airline intends to launch next year. The service is part of Norwegian’s controversial plans to set up an Irish-based subsidiary that has been accused of using “flagging-out” policies in a drive to reduce costs.
