Air Berlin has officially become a member of the oneworld alliance following a ceremony yesterday held at the new Berlin Brandenburg Airport.
Air Berlin serves 162 destinations in 40 countries and has become the 11th full member of oneworld.
It carried more than 35 million passengers in 2011.
