Willis Lease Finance Corporation (WLFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, the company said on January 24, 2025.
The company said the dividend reflects its “strong performance”.
“This is our third consecutive regular quarterly dividend since June of 2024,” said WLFC chief executive officer Austin Willis. “We believe that our dividend policy speaks to the overall strength of our business model.”
The dividend is expected to be paid on February 21, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 12, 2025.
