Dublin-based lessor ORIX Aviation has delivered two B737 MAX 8 aircraft to United Airlines.
The delivery is the first of "a package" of the aircraft heading to United under a sale and leaseback agreement.
We are delighted to deliver the first two of these B737-MAX 8 units to United Airlines, allowing us to further build upon our strong relationship with the airline, and also representing the addition of a significant package of some of the most fuel efficient aircraft on the market to the ORIX Aviation portfolio," said James Meyler, ORIX's chief executive.
