Qatar Airways has completed its inaugural flight from the capital city Doha to Malta.
The route, operated on Airbus A320 aircraft, will fly directly to Malta three times a week.
Malta is the third new destination to be introduced by the airline this summer following the launch of flights to Rabat, Morocco, in May.
