Parata Airlines completed introduction of its first aircraft, an A330 jet, on July 31, 2025. This followed some slight delay to the delivery schedule.
The airline, formerly known as Fly Gangwon, is in the process of obtaining its air operators certificate (AOC) to commence operations.
The company said the Gangwon State Government is doing its “utmost to support" the airline in launching its Jeju route from Yangyang International Airport.
Parata Airlines plans to introduce a total of four aircraft this including another A330 and two A320s.
