MTU Maintenance Lease Services has opened a parts supply warehouse in Zhuhai, China.
The company said this will support its existing parts supply infrastructure in the US and Netherlands, resulting in a “comprehensive and seamlessly connected global logistics network”.
The new facility supports engine programmes such as the CF6-80, CFM56-5B/7B, GE90, and V2500.
"With warehouses strategically located around the globe, we are uniquely positioned to respond swiftly to customer needs, no matter where they are,” said Patrick Biebel, managing director at MTU Maintenance Lease Services. “The Zhuhai addition exemplifies our commitment to providing rapid and reliable access to essential engine parts, which minimizes operational downtime and ensures efficient support for our customers within China and the APAC region.”
