The Lufthansa Group has extended its suspension of flights to and from Tel Aviv, after a recent missile strike near to Ben Gurion Airport triggered airlines globally to halt operations to the city.
The group, which includes Lufthansa, Swiss, Brussels and Austrian airlines, decided to suspend its flights to and from Tel Aviv up until and including May 11, 2025, last week. This suspension has now been extended to May 18, 2025.
Airlines including Delta, Ryanair and British Airways have also suspended operations to Tel Aviv.
