Korean Air has launched an Incheon Airport guide feature on its mobile app, allowing passengers real-time information when travelling through Incheon International Airport.
The service is automatically synced for Korean Air passengers, while passengers using other airlines can access the service after manually entering their flight details.
Korean Air said the app allows passengers to monitor real-time congestion levels at check-in counters, security and immigration checkpoints; view parking availability; check estimated travel times between airport arrival and boarding gate; and locate Korean Air lounges and check real-time occupancy level.
Korean Air passengers can also use a pickup service request. In addition, the app allows passengers to quickly send their schedule and updates via text.
