Horizon Executive Search International has appointed Robert Martin as advisor.
The firm said this appointment will strengthen its strategic leadership and support its continued growth and market positioning.

In this role, Martin will provide strategic guidance to the managing director, working closely with her and her team to support Horizon's commercial objectives, reputation, and long-term growth strategy and act as a sounding board, contributing insight and perspective drawn from extensive senior leadership experience.

Martin brings over 38 years of experience across aircraft leasing and aviation banking globally, with a strong track record in executive leadership and building highly effective teams in growth-focused businesses to create shareholder value. His appointment reflects Horizon’s ongoing commitment to operating at the highest level of executive and board advisory and executive search capability.
As advisor, Martin will participate in key meetings and strategic discussions as required and will leverage his professional network and relationships to identify opportunities, including senior executive and board-level introductions aligned with Horizon’s client and growth priorities.
