High Ridge Aviation has completed the acquisition of one 787-8 Dreamliner and one A330 passenger-to-freighter (P2F) aircraft, the company said today (December 22).

The Dreamliner aircraft (MSN 34423) was acquired from BBAM Aircraft Leasing and Management.

The Boeing widebody jet is on lease to TUI and continues to operate in its long-haul fleet. This is High Ridge Aviation's first acquisition from BBAM. TUI is a new customer for the company.

The A330 P2F (MSN 958) was acquired from CDB Aviation. The aircraft is on lease to Mexico-based cargo operator MasAir, which operates an all-A330 P2F fleet.

The transaction marks High Ridge Aviation's first trade with CBD Aviation and establishes MasAir as a new customer. Additionally, it marks the first P2F aircraft in the company's portfolio.

“This acquisition supports our growth plan and adds further diversity to our portfolio as we expand into the P2F segment,” said High Ridge Aviation CEO Greg Conlon.
