GoAir has lost 35 pilots in the past quarter who have resigned due to a delay in career progression due to a lack of training. The Indian airline is reported to be seeking instructors from Airbus. The pilots who have left are reported to be joining competitors IndiGo and Vistara following completion of their six month notice periods.
The airline is reported to be hiring temporary pilots to serve its routes. In January, the airline was forced to cancel all leave due to the pilot shortage.
