Etihad Airways carried 2 million passengers in August 2025, increasing from 1.7 million passengers in the same month a year prior.
"The successful introduction of our A321LR in August represents a significant enhancement to our product offering, bringing first class suites and lie-flat business seats to medium-haul routes for the first time in the region," said Etihad Airways CEO Antonoaldo Neves.
The airline's passenger load factor averaged at 91%, up two percentage points.
Year to date, the airline has carried 14.2 million passengers, up from 12 million during the same period last year. Load factor for the period improved two percentage points to 88%.
