Ethiopian Airlines has announced flights to two new domestic destinations using a Dash 8 Q400. The airline stated that flights to Goba, in south-central Ethiopia, began on September 1st, to be followed by a resumption in services from Addis Ababa to Dessie, an airport located between the cities of Dessie and Kombolcha in north-central Ethiopia, from September 10th onwards.
Both airports were recently upgraded as part of the Ethiopian government's plan to renew and overhaul the country's aviation infrastructure.
