Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has closed the financing of one 737-8 MAX aircraft delivered to flydubai on January 16, 2024.
The deal was closed under a Japanese Operating Lease (JOL) structure arranged by JP Lease Products & Services, with JLPS Ireland acting as servicer. Credit Agricole CIB acted as mandated lead arranger, lender, agent and security trustee.
