Cathay Pacific and BNP Paribas have closed a sustainability-linked JOLCO financing for two Airbus A321neo aircraft, the bank said today (January 13).
The deal was closed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
BNP Paribas acted as sole sustainability advisor, JOLCO and debt arranger for the deal.
Clifford Chance acted as the main counsel for BNP Paribas on the deal.
