EasyJet has said it is offering passengers travel insurance on board the aircraft while en route to their destinations. The service has been launched because the airline found that one in five holidaymakers from the UK were jetting off uninsured. A spokeswoman for Easyjet said passengers who have forgotten to purchase insurance prior to their trip can buy it from their plane seat from today.
