BNP Paribas and AerDragon closed a dual-currency commercial debt financing for two A321NX aircraft. The aircraft are operated by Wizz Air.
The deal was closed on February 13, 2025.
BNP Paribas acted as sole lender, arranger, facility agent, security trustee and hedging bank for the transaction, while Vedder Price advised as the lender's counsel and HFW acted for AerDragon.
