AWAS has mandated Credit Agricole-CIB to arrange a $224m aircraft lease portfolio commercial facility to support the acquisition of eight narrowbody aircraft – A320/737NGs – that are on lease to various airlines, from which six aircraft closed on February 15. CA-CIB acted as sole underwriter, sole Mandated Lead Arranger, Agent and Liquidity Facility provider.
