Alton Aviation Consultancy has appointed Bryan Terry as managing director in its New York office, where he will be a key leader of the firm's aviation advisory practice.

Terry brings over 30 years of aviation industry experience, with a career spanning airline finance, operations, and industry trade association leadership roles, together with senior leadership positions at global consulting firms.

At Alton, he will contribute sector knowledge across commercial strategy, customer experience, operational excellence, financial performance, and technology transformation.

“Bryan brings a strong track record of building leading airline advisory practices and delivering measurable outcomes for clients,” said Alton Aviation Consultancy managing director John Mowry.

“Alton is well regarded for its deep industry expertise and practical advisory approach,” said Terry.

Prior to Deloitte, Terry served as a managing director at PwC, focussed on the airline sector, and as a director at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), where he led industry-wide transformation programmes. He began his career at Delta Air Lines, gaining early experience across international finance and operations.
