Air France has successfully closed a 10-year Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option (JOLCO) financing for one 2009-vintage A320-200 (msn 3777).
CA-CIB acted as overall arranger, facility agent, security trustee and lender. The French bank was advised by Watson & Farley, Paris.
