AerFin has completed the sale of a second CFM56-5B engine from the A320ceo family to a Japanese company.
“Completing a second engine sale into Japan is a clear sign of the trust and momentum we're building in this critically important market,” said AerFin CEO Simon Goodson. “It underlines both the quality of our assets and the strength of the relationships we're developing with Japanese investors.”
The transaction was advised by aircraft structured finance specialist BeYoke Capital.
“It’s encouraging to see the continued confidence of Japanese investors in aviation assets, and we’re eager to help cultivate further opportunities in this space for the broader Japanese investment community,” said BeYoke Capital CEO Rion Sato.
The company had sold its first engine into Japan last year.
