AerDragon enters into unsecured syndicated loan facility

AerDragon Aviation Leasing has entered into a $200 million three-year debut unsecured syndicated facility, the company said on June 9, 2025.

The company said this agreement allows it to tap into “strong financier demand for high quality credit”. The facility received strong interest from financing partners and was oversubscribed multiple times.

“We are pleased with the robust response from the loan markets, which underscores market confidence in AerDragon's business model and growth strategy,” said AerDragon's CEO Gangi Li.

China Construction Bank (CCB) Asia acted as mandated sole bookrunner on this transaction.

“AerDragon is one of the rising players in global aviation industry,” said CCB Asia deputy chief executive Daphne Wat. “We are honoured to have supported AerDragon of this landmark transaction. We look forward to continuing the partnership with AerDragon with our strong presence and proficiency in syndication market.”

Tiang & Partners and Ashurst acted as lead counsels.
