German Zeitfracht Group is reported to have bought a 10% stake in Romanian carruer, Blue Air.
Blue Air, established in 2004, is a pan-European air operator with bases in Romania, Cyprus, Italy, and the UK.
In 2018, Blue Air became the strategic partner of the Zeitfracht Group on the German market, and it also bought Air Moldova for €2.56 million, also taking over the company’s €61.5 million debts.
